Agreement to Terms

By submitting an order or inquiry to Sandstar Graphics, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern all transactions between Sandstar Graphics and its clients.

Orders & Quotes

• All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
• Orders are confirmed upon receipt of a signed proof approval or written confirmation.
• Changes to an order after production has begun may result in additional charges or delays.
• Sandstar Graphics reserves the right to decline any order at its discretion.

File Submission & Artwork

• Clients are responsible for submitting print-ready files at 300 DPI, in CMYK colour mode, with appropriate bleed.
• Sandstar Graphics will review files and notify clients of any issues before production begins.
• By submitting artwork, clients confirm they hold the rights to all images, logos, and content used.
• Sandstar Graphics is not responsible for colour variation resulting from files submitted in RGB colour mode.

Proofs & Approval

• A digital proof will be provided for client approval prior to printing (where applicable).
• Production begins only after written proof approval is received from the client.
• Errors not caught during the approval process are the responsibility of the client.

Turnaround Times

Standard turnaround is 3 to 5 business days from proof approval. Rush turnaround may be available at an additional charge. Turnaround times are estimates and may vary based on order volume, complexity, and equipment availability. Sandstar Graphics is not liable for losses resulting from delays beyond our reasonable control.

Payment

• Payment is due upon pickup or delivery unless credit terms have been arranged.
• We accept cash, debit, and major credit cards (CAD).
• Orders not paid within 30 days of completion may be subject to a storage fee or disposal.

Returns & Reprints

If a print error is the result of a mistake made by Sandstar Graphics, we will reprint the order at no charge. We do not offer refunds on completed print orders unless there is a verified production defect. Client-supplied errors approved on a proof are not eligible for reprint at no charge.

Limitation of Liability

Sandstar Graphics' liability for any claim arising out of a print order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
